Roberto Natalini
Roberto Natalini (Roma – 1960) has a degree in mathematics from La Sapienza University of Rome and a PhD from the University of Bordeaux. He is currently director of CNR-IAC – Istituto per le Applicazioni del Calcolo “Mauro Picone” (Institute for Applications of Computing). For several years, he has been intensively engaged in outreach projects through the Maddmaths! website supported by SIMAI (Società Italiana di Matematica Applicata e Industriale – Italian Society of Applied and Industrial Mathematics) and UMI (Unione Matematica Italiana – Italian Mathematical Union). He is chairman of the Public Awareness Committee of the European Mathematical Society.
